*We require an inventory list of all items being moved and/or transported before job begins. If an inventory list is not provided before job begins then it is not our responsibility if any items are left behind or are grabbed that originally wasn’t intended to make it onto the truck if client is present on job site. In any case that there are more items that isn’t listed according to the inventory or agreed upon, a fee of $40 per item will be included to the bill no exceptions.
There is a 2 hour minimum for all labor only moves and a 3 hour minimum for any moving services that includes truck. We charge a flat rate for any furniture delivery or junk removal service.
*We ask that all pet hair including cats & dogs be properly cleaned and removed from all furniture or items being moved, in any case that there is cat & dog hair present on the items, there is a $1000 fee that will be added to the total bill.
*You must provide your own supplies and furniture blankets for any jobs that are loading only moves or moves that fall under labor only.
*In any case where damages may occur on site, we require receipts of the purchases for any insurance claims. If original receipts aren’t provided we will have our damage assessment team view the matter and contact the customer directly to discuss next steps. All concerns or damages must be reported within 2 business days after the move is completed to be approved for compensation or disputes. We will look at before and after pictures. If there are any contracts written for any circumstances, then all contracts/agreements Must be acknowledged by signing during the time frame of receiving the contract or before job begins. If contracts are given and not signed prior to job beginning, then all new written agreements are automatically voided and we will not be liable to anything situation outside of what is listed on this site. In rare cases where a new contract is issued outside of job date then contracts must be signed by the end of the issued date otherwise the contract is automatically voided with no exceptions.
